Ish & Raquel
Ish and Raquel are your new professional coaches and mentors.
Mérito Mindset was developed by first-generation American Latino siblings Ish and Raquel, who collectively hold Master’s degrees in Education, Management, and Leadership.
Together, they have created the Mérito Mindset, a framework for professionals navigating their work environment.

Ish has over 25 years of experience working with executives and directors to provide solutions related to accounting, budgeting, and operations. He understands the need to convert areas of improvement into professional strengths.
Raquel has 30 years of experience in education, training, and development. Her professional experience included many hurdles to overcome, which taught her that she needed to advocate for herself. She wants to empower others to be their very best.
